FAQ’s
Q: Is the bedding cleaned?
A: All bedding are washed after every use using Tide-free and Downy-free products. All accessories are disinfected and wiped clean. All mattresses will have a waterproof cover protector as well.
Q: How far in advance should I book my party?
A: Most slumber parties occur on the weekends, so the sooner you can book your party the better chance you have of getting your chosen date.
Q: What age is recommended for slumber parties?
A: We will rent for any age, but the general age is around 7-14 years old. You just want to be sure that each child knows the mattresses are NOT for jumping but only for hanging out and sleeping.
Q: What if I stain a teepee?
A: The best thing to do is to prevent that from happening by avoiding any animals on or near the setup. I also recommend that you only serve clear liquids such as water and Sprite near the teepees and bedding and no candy. You may also just allow popcorn near the setup if they are watching a movie. All other food and beverages would be best served in another location during your party.
Q: How do I book a party?
A: Just fill out the Contact form and we will get back to you soon! You also may email us at contact@hellotentco.com with any questions. A signed contract and $75 nonrefundable deposit to hold your date. The balance will be due the day of delivery for your party.
Q: What if I am unclear how many tents or teepees I need at the time of booking?
A: I recommend you booking the number of tents or teepees based on the number you are inviting. We can always adjust your number closer to the party by decreasing up to one week before your party.
Q: Do you have tents and teepees that are for boys?
A: Yes. What better way to spend time with your friends than at an indoor campout.
